The mission of FinServ Solutions, Inc. is to provide the best possible solutions for financial institutions. FinServ Solutions, Inc. is an organization that is focused on efficient and competitive services with the highest quality, integrity, and security standards. 

Our aim is to develop consistent services to our clients, enhancing long lasting relationships with them.  As an organization, we will accomplish our mission by striving for transparency, integrity and reliability. FinServ Solutions values diversity within our organization and by consistently innovating and embracing technology, we will provide employee satisfactions and shareholder value while maintaining accountability for everyone in the organization.  

FinServ Solutions, Inc was born as our founding members saw the need for faster and more efficient solutions in the commercial lending industry. We believe that our expertise and flexibility will provide the industry a new perspective that will help financial institutions evolve, and increase their bottom line.

Robert Good 

Robert has been in the banking industry for over 25 years and has served as a senior level officer of several banks managing both sales teams and underwriting teams, which has allowed him a unique perspective regarding the special needs and requirements of each of these departments within a financial institution.

Previous to co-founding and leading FinServ Solutions, Inc., Robert has dedicated more than 25 years of his career to the financial services industry by holding top management roles and leading the underwriting and sales departments of various financial institutions.


Notable achievements include: managing the sales and credit departments of several financial institutions, forming the credit department policies and procedures for a de novo bank, obtaining SBA preferred lender status for several financial institutions, participating with a number of financial institutions on large credit transactions, underwriting large municipal and government contracts. 

Robert is involved in his community having held many volunteer roles in Brevard County, such as past treasurer of the Central Brevard Sharing Center, and past chair member for the Allocation Committee of the Brevard County United Way, and past board member of Eastern Florida State College. Currently, Robert serves on the planning and zoning board of the city of Palm Bay. 


Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota Robert has been calling Central Florida his home for over 35 years. Robert attended the University of Central Florida earning a degree in Finance. Additionally, Robert attended Webster University earning a Master’s in Business Administration degree.  Robert also holds a graduate degree from the Louisiana State University School of Banking. 


We are dedicated to providing quality underwriting services to our clients. We take pride in helping financial institutions by complementing and enhancing their commercial credit process.
